We/Treat
WÉ/TREAT is a 3-day retreat for women who are carrying it all and rarely have space to care for themselves. It’s not a luxury — it’s a lifeline
a note from
Aunty Nic
I created this experience for the women I know personally — mothers, caregivers, leaders, creatives — who pour endlessly into others but haven’t had a real moment to be seen, to breathe, to ask themselves what they need. It’s an extension of the care we’ve always offered at Aunts et Uncles — but through my eyes, as Aunty Nic. It’s a space to reflect, restore, and return to self. Not to escape life, but to learn how to live more fully within it.Together with Coach Precious Bivings, Jyll of Urban Asanas, Brooklyn Tea, and other aligned collaborators, we’ve created a weekend of care, clarity, and quiet power.Ten women are already confirmed. But there are 5–10 more I want to bring in — women who are doing the most with the least, and who wouldn’t otherwise be able to access this space. If I could cover it all, I would. But I’m asking for support to make it possible.
✺ What each woman receives:
• Full access to all retreat experiences — healing sessions, movement, journaling, intention setting• Daily meals and curated refreshments• A creative scrapbook and tools for reflection and personal storytelling• A soft, supportive space to feel seen, valued, and empowered• For sponsored guests: childcare of their choice covered for both retreating days
✺ What am I asking?
The retreat is priced at $555, but what each woman receives is worth so much more — not just in offerings, but in the gift of being poured into.I’m asking for $1,000 sponsorships to help cover both the retreat experience and child care for women who need this most.
